The Organizational Leadership Team advises the President and sets DSG’s long-term plans for operations, finances, and judicial matters. Each year it drafts the DSG budget for Senate approval and manages it once passed. It keeps DSG’s governing documents current and enforced, and evaluates how DSG’s operations and initiatives are performing. The OLT also oversees non-legislative work, including communications and internal conflict resolution. It does not run legislative work, direct discretionary funds, or speak on behalf of all of DSG.
